My current works are tiny slip cast bowls.Inspired by the nature of the coast, the rocks sea shells and pebbles found on the beach and washed by the tide.

The bowls are made by pouring porcelain slip in and then out of plaster moulds. The finish is achieved using glazes oxides and stains to decorate but not conceal the clay.

I trained as an artist in Devon then London and later specialising in ceramics in Hertfordshire. As well as qualifying and working as an Occupational therapist in the NHS.

I have always kept links with the West Country particularly Padstow and the north coast .
