Mim Brigham is a Cornish glass artist and member of the CCGG who uses a variety of techniques to produce works that have abstract individuality.
Her earlier work based on the beauty of a microscopic view of a one cell thick piece of marram grass inspired her to look at Cornish hedges, known as walls in the rest of the country.
There are many different designs and methods of construction specific to areas of the county all of which evolve into some beautifully biodiverse environment that provide an unusual inspiration for glass art.
Mim's collection, Microscopic, was shown in the highly prestigious international Glass Biennale in 2017 and has won her multiple awards including the Devon Guild of Craftsmen Design Award.
Visitors welcome by appointment.
