I grew up in Devon but moved to London in 1964 to attend Art College, firstly to the Central School of Art & Design (Ceramics) then Chelsea College of Art (Postgraduate Printmaking)

 

Since moving to Cornwall in 1982, I have designed and produced tile panels and murals whilst making limited edition prints and drawings/paintings. I have enjoyed a long and varied career as an artist and designer.

 

My colourful pastels depict the rich harvest of the Cornish sea; lobsters, crabs, mackerel and scallops amongst them.

 

The fish/shellfish theme is carried onto my bone china; mostly blue & white, large and small pieces from mugs and jugs to big platters, bowls and tureens.
